Process - Prior to training, I will complete a few brief introductory meetings with managers and executives on the current company process and methods.

Work Product - In a short single-day course selected individuals will be trained on optimization techniques for their company specific technology transfer process. Training is supported with 4 follow-up question and answer sessions.

Process - Introductory meetings with hiring managers and the human resources team, followed by a review of the current job description template.

Work Product - A report will be generated summarizing current concerns and suggestions for remedying the issues. Hourly support is available as needed.
