About Jes

I have held multiple titles from Scientist to Chief Technology Officer. ​My unique IP Flow philosophy and process combine hard and soft skills. Skills encompassing real-life knowledge and experience in life science technology development, along with my more nuanced abilities in the engagement and communication of scientists and business leaders.

Within the last two decades, I have worked with multiple start-ups in the life science industry. They have had focuses such as agriculture, biofuel, oncology, gene therapy, and hemp.  The goal I appreciate every executive has is aligning short-term deliverables without distracting long-term thinking.  Following the IP Flow process, I am able to aid companies in achieving IP to product strategy alignment.

As the founder of IP Flow, I now work with small to medium companies focused on making the next leap in strategy organization. I coach executives and their teams into this mindset and am proud of the work I have done. On a personal note, I am an avid backpacker and traveler. I am also a happily married wife and proud mother with a small family zoo including my little rescue pup, Hugh.
